Two pounds fifty in Westbourne Grove.

Waiting for a bus on Westbourne Grove,

I can smell shisha pipes and Carluccio's,

World foods and incense smoke,

Expensive leather and homeless folk,

An old Italian man mumbles at the no.33,

A Euro couple clutch a packet of Whittard's tea,

Deli's and restaurants and groceries,

Cured meats, bespoke bread, Bosnian cheese,

Not the place to be, you'll agree,

At 1am with the munchies,

With £2.50,

Looking for a can of cream soda,

And a packet of Bacon Wheat Crunchies.
